Philanthropy, planned with care.

Leave a legacy that reflects what you love.

Caring Communities Foundation designs personal giving plans for individuals, families, businesses, and advisors. We help you give well in your lifetime—and build a gift that keeps working after you.
Serving Coweta, Fayette, Meriwether, South Fulton, and communities across West Georgia and South Metro Atlanta.

Designed around the people we serve.

Families & Individuals

Create a donor-advised fund, name an endowment, or include charitable giving in your estate plans.

Businesses

Corporate funds, workplace campaigns, and sponsorships that connect your company to causes employees and customers already care about.

Advisors

A trusted local partner for clients who want charitable structure without standing up a private foundation.

Nonprofits

Grants, fiscal sponsorship, training, and a relationship with donors who want their generosity well placed.

Curated plans. Careful stewardship. Lasting impact.

As a community foundation, we combine the heart of local giving with the discipline of professional philanthropy. You bring the purpose. We bring the plan.

01

We design your giving

Together we choose the right vehicle: a donor-advised fund, designated or memorial fund, scholarship, endowment, workplace giving, or planned gift. You recommend grants. We handle due diligence, administration, and receipts.

02

We help you leave a legacy

An endowment, a bequest, or a named fund turns today’s decision into tomorrow’s grants—education, health, youth, the arts, public safety, and community life.

03

We strengthen the work

We grant to local nonprofits, fiscally sponsor community projects that need a 501(c)(3) home, and train agencies so donors can give with confidence.

A gift that outlives you.

The most meaningful gifts are the ones that keep working. We help you design that gift with the same care you would bring to any other part of your estate or family plan.
You can: name us in a will or trust · create or add to a permanent endowment (including Coweta Together and Fayette Together) · establish a family donor-advised fund · honor a loved one with a memorial or scholarship · give stock, retirement assets, or other non-cash gifts.
You do not have to be wealthy to leave a legacy. You only need a cause you believe in—and a partner who knows how to build the gift around it.

Simple to start. Built to last.

1

What matters

A cause, a community, a family name, a school, a church, a nonprofit you already love.

2

The right fund

We help you choose the vehicle and the timing—lifetime giving, a bequest, or both.

3

Stewardship

Your gift is invested and administered with the tax advantages of a public charity.

4

Grants go out

To vetted local nonprofits and community projects aligned with your intent.

5

The story

You and your family, if you wish, stay connected to the gift.

Note: Some funds have a starting threshold. Gifts of any size can be placed in a community or issue fund.

If you serve this community, we are built to stand with you.

The people and places you love can be part of your legacy.

Caring Communities Foundation has been a home for thoughtful local philanthropy since 1997. We exist so a teacher’s scholarship, a family’s endowment, a company’s giving program, and a neighbor’s bequest all have a plan—and a partner.

If you have been wondering how to give in a way that still matters twenty years from now, that conversation starts here.
